How Active are really?
- Do you search for the closes parking spot
- If the elevator is taking forever will you give up and take the stairs or
report the problem - When was the last time you took off in an all out sprint
- When you think beach,
do you think relaxing, or fun games on the beach
Also the fat from your food will slowly start to block your arteries. Make sure you get the right amount of exercise and just 20 minutes to an hour is more than enough.
