  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • some forms of cancer
  • obesity
  • muscle and bone degeneration,
  • asthma,
  • even depression
  • plus many many more
*Are you at risk!!!

                                                         How Active are really?
  • Do you search for the closes parking spot
  • If the elevator is taking forever will you give up and take the stairs or report the problem
  • When was the last time you took off in an all out sprint
  • When you think beach, do you think relaxing, or fun games on the beach
Many health problems are complex and can arise from a number of lifestyle factors. However, regular exercise can reduce the risk of a host of diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, heart attack, cancer and Alzheimer's. As many at 92% of cases of diabetes can be prevented through proper diet and exercises. Only 3 to 4% of the cases of diabetes can be traced back to genetics. If you don't exercise enough you will become overweight and obese. There is no substitute. Take control of your life and become an ACTIVE influence over your kids and or peers life.
Also the fat from your food will slowly start to block your arteries. Make sure you get the right amount of exercise and just 20 minutes to an hour is more than enough.
